Actually quite impressed! The location is reasonable. Most days we walked about 1km to the train or caught the bus from outside, but no hassle especially given the quality of our room for the price. Full bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, TV, Desk, Balcony! Was great. Our only concern was that the air conditioner was quite mouldy inside, which is a health hazard... and the filters were dirty. They need to fix that. Otherwise was great accomodation. Oh also the fire/ambulance station is next door, but we didn’t mind.

Our room was a good size for Japanese standards with a tiny bathroom and a kitchenette. The location was fantastic, very close by to Kiyomizu-dera temple and all the tourist alleys. About 10 mins from main shopping street.

We are currently staying here till Sunday, so far we are really happy to be in this hotel. It’s way better than expected, since we looked for cheap accommodations. Our more expensive stay in Tokyo (different hotel, not stay Sakura), was disappointing. The location is near a big temple in the mountains and the inner city can be easily reached by bus or even by walking. Important notice: the firefighters have a building next door, so you might hear some sirens (not that often) 10/10 if I ever come back to Kyōto I won’t hesitate to book here again.

Very good value, comfortable and overall quiet stay. Friendly staff who help even if you don't speak much Japanese. The cleaning done is very professional and I loved coming back to a tidied room. Would recommend and will definitely return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
