Very affordable and very clean. Mostly Japanese speaking staff but accommodating. Small rooms but packed with a lot of amenities. A little far from downtown Tokyo but public transportation is good.

Ignore all the one star reviews. This place was great. The two connected rooms we got were perfect for our four people. It fells like you’re really in Japan just like a ryokan. Unlike 60 story business hotels.

Overall not a great experience. Room itself was average, 1 bedroom was not really what you would expect but just two adjoining hotel rooms connected. It does not feel apartment-like as the property would have you imagine. It’s basically a hotel with cut staff. Photos of the room are misleading, especially the “kitchen” which I would go so far as to say they are intentionally misleading. The kitchen is bad, don’t book assuming you will be able to do anything useful in it. We had an issue with this and management was unwilling to help us out in any way, and was generally unhelpful and tried to avoid communication.

the room itself was ok, rented a family suite but still small. the kitchen counter is foot shorter then normal height kitchen. Im only 5’6” as a mom who has to wash bottles everyday it really gave me bad back pains. Even on the day we checked in I knew it be a problem. I call the property to see if we can be moved to a normal height kitchen but they didn’t have any room with normal height kitchen. they tried to move us to different Sakura properties but no family suite like the one we booked. I thoroughly explained my situation and my back issue. we booked this property for a longer stay and with this kind of kitchen I can’t keep using it bending my back and knees over so can we will pay for one night and look for other place. the manager The said no, she said it’s the rule. I asked how the rule applies when you didn’t put the short kitchen in the description? she said no refund but feel free to check out. That’s literally what she said. we spent 111000 yen to book this place for 5-6nights. later that night she sent her staff over to our room to tell us you can get 800yen back only In Kyoto tax. out of 111000yen I paid just 800yen back. sent her staff to tell me that at night. That was really was hard to understand that behavior. I ended up using bathroom sink to wash baby bottles which what kind of mom ever want to do that especially when you paid for a nice suite. Please do your self a favor and find somewhere where the manager is more customer oriented.

Amazing hotel! The beds are the best! So Big and comfy, the duvets and pillows were also so Nice and comforteble. I stayed here with a friend for a week, and we had plenty off space. The bathroom Was clean and we Also had a bathtub! The Best feature Was the wifi, amazing connection, Not Only in the lobby, But Also great in the rooms! The Only thing that has Been a bit hard for us Was Walking distance to trains or metros. But Nothing we couldnt handle. We had an amazing Stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
