Very nice apartments in the central region of Kyoto, just 25 walking minutes from the main station of Kyoto. The apartments are next to a little shrine and close to a lot of restaurants and little shops. The apartments are clean, modern and well equipped. It was a great stay with my best friend, but we were most amazed by the amazing japanese hospitality. Especially Ms. Ibushi is an exceptional receptionist. We planned our trip individually, so we asked her a lot about restaurants and shops. After we asked her about a shop to buy a yukata, she researched, printed a map for us and brought it to our apartment. We are really thankful for this service experience and we can recommend these apartments without hesitation.

Excellent apartment hotel facilities, great space and giant single beds. Although the beds pretty much take up the whole room. So leaving quite limited space for luggage (we made do as we had 2 cabin size ones only). However, we were able to cook with utensils provided, a pot, a pan. Also modern and very clean and quiet inside. Our room was right next to the road so there r occasional sound of cars going past. For this price? Value for money.

Great place to stay! Advice to take the bus. Bus 50 (230 Yen per adult per trip) stops directly opp the stay. And going back to Kyoto station, just need to take bus 50 from outside the stay (15 min to reach Kyoto Station). Since you would be taking the bus a lot, calculate a little, you might like to get a day pass for bus. Walking takes 20 mins with twist and turns, not advisable. Note, there will only be counter staff from 7am-11am and 4pm - 9pm. So if you would like to park your luggage when the counter staff is there before check in... maybe a hand carry is possible? I did that since it is really safe in Japan. Else just go from 4pm would be better. Very Value for money. There is kitchen in my room, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle. Soap and amenities provided. Enjoy!

Great hotel! The room is spacious, the shower has its own room inside the bathroom(!) and the beds are amazing! I slept like a baby here. Oh, and everything in the hotel smells like new. The hallway and room has such a fresh newly-renovated-smell, love it.

Reception is not always occupied, only some hours in the morning and some in the afternoon, evening. The room would have been ok for 2 but with the couch setup as a third bed there was hardly room to move. Kitchen is nice, with a washing machine. Quite roomy bathroom, shower arrangement. Bus stop to Kyoto station right outside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
