There was a woman standing at the front desk without a uniform, and I couldn't determine if she was a staff member or not. Unfortunately, her attitude was highly unpleasant when I approached the front desk. If she is indeed a staff member, I strongly suggest that hotel management address her behavior and ensure it aligns with the expected level of professionalism. On the other hand, if she is not a staff member, it raises concerns as to why she was standing at the front desk. The front desk handles sensitive guest information, and this situation raises worries about the security and privacy of that information. It is crucial for hotels to maintain a high level of trust and security when it comes to handling guests' personal information.

Hidden gem - very close to sensoji temple and room is large in Japanese standards. Can fit 4pax comfortably (but large luggage can only fit 3). Great reception team, will recommend friends.

Small but good sized room. Location is near to JR Asakusa, which is different from Asakusa Metro, which is something to take note of. There is an easy drop off with a small road in front of the hotel if you're coming by taxi. The place is also close to Don Quixote and Sensoji Temple but quite a walk to Asakusa Metro station, although to be fair, there are lots of things to see on the way.

Confortable rooms, pretty spacious for Japanese standards. Tv and Private bathroom. Location is great, just beside a metro entrance and 2 or 3 blocks away from the main Asakusa temple. Breakfast is not included, but there are two good supermarkets close by with nice food. Just be aware that the metro station for the airport is a few blocks away, not the one beside the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
