Great hotel in Tokyo. Good location in Shinjuku area, away from the busy area but still near the attractions. We had the triple room with fully equipped kitchenette. We are very satisfied with the facilities in the room. There are good bubble tea and kebab shop very near to the hotel. So many shops around the proximity as well as the subway lines.

An absolutely perfect base of operations for my first stay in Tokyo. Location wise it is super well connected, and itself situated in a vibrant, lively area with lots of food and drinking possibilities. Then Shinjuku proper and Kabukicho are a pleasant 10 minute walk away. Service was super considerate, and the hotel tastefully designed compared to others in its price range.

Great location. Very clean. Great service. BUT the room (maybe all) had a really annoying and sleep disrupting light that came on when people moved about the room... at all hours, and could not be turned off. In a country where being considerate of others is paramount... the thought of moving during the night and then causing the light to come on is horrifying! And... when others moved about, my sleep was interrupted by the bright light. I gave feedback at the counter, and they gave no reason other than "it is a sensor light" (in English.. as I was speaking English and they understood English well). So, provide feedback if you want this light turned off. Having stayed at many places in Japan over decades... I've never seen this annoying feature. Cheers.

Fantastic Stay with a True Japanese Vibe **Check-In and Staff Efficiency:** I arrived mid-week around 6 PM and the front desk staff were quick and efficient. Check-in was a breeze - just a basic info form and a passport check. **Room Experience:** I stayed in the Standard Room (1 King bed, and Upper Bunk bed) on the first floor, room 104. The design and aesthetic of the room truly added to my Japan experience. A word of caution if you tend to jump in your sleep ….watch out for the low headspace on the bunk bed! **Location and Convenience:** The hotel's proximity to Shin-Okubo station is incredibly convenient. For dining, there are tons of places down the street, plus a Lawson and 7/11 with atm just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel also has a drink vending machine in the lobby, a nice touch for quick refreshments. (several more drink machines at the end of the street) **Facilities and Amenities:** The room, including the washroom and shower, is cozy - typical of Japan, but I had no issues even at 230lbs and 5’12”. The lobby also has umbrellas and ear plugs available for guests, which is very thoughtful. **Noise Level:** A small note: the soundproofing isn't perfect. I could hear people in the hallway, so something to consider if you're a light sleeper. There are very frequent trains, being so near to the station. (But they provide earplugs at the front desk) **Service:** The staff were super friendly and polite. Their service really made my stay pleasant. **Cleanliness:** The hotel is very clean, maintaining high standards in both the rooms and common areas. **Wi-Fi:** Wi-Fi speeds were good, averaging 30-60Mbps during the day and 10-20Mbps at night. **Overall Experience:** This hotel is amazing - it not only met but exceeded my expectations. Great little hotel 1 min walk away from two train stations, just off of a lovely street for food and corner stores, the beds were very comfy, the rooms were a little dark but otherwise lovely

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
