The best hotel in Thailand, or I couldn't really describe the place even as a hotel, but something much better. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. I got an ear infection on a diving trip and the hotel had its own doctor, from whom I received anti-inflammatory drugs. 10,000 points for this, and the doctor / wellness clinic was a wonderful place. Le Spa, it was something unimaginable. The treatments were like magic, I had a facial and the skin is still being praised weeks later, what the hell have I done to my face when it looks so good. The food was heavenly from breakfast to dinner and so fresh. In addition to this, all Sports opportunities were in a class of their own. Overall a 6/5 experience and I will definitely come again. This was the kind of place that in the future I would dare to go on vacation alone. They took such good care here and felt safe, which is really important to me as a woman. Thank you to the entire Stay staff, you made my vacation magical and relaxing.

Stayed for 4 nights in Dec 23. Really beautiful tropical resort in very lush surroundings. There’s a three storey gym (didn’t get the chance to use) and a standalone spa (massage was very good albeit a little bit pricey at 1400 THB) in the hotel. Food (healthy options like grilled mackerel and salad) and service at the Green cafe were excellent, all top notch. Will definitely go back again.

One of the best places I have stayed when it comes to being focused on health and relaxation. Fantastic gyms, activities and pools. The breakfast is top class and it has both vegan and good quality meat and seafood restaurants for lunch/dinner. Not the place to go if you want to party, but excellent for health.

I had such a good stay here that I booked for 1 week and stayed for 3. The price was good as it's rainy season. Every member of staff was friendly and polite, regardless of their role. The room was large and comfy and everything in it worked well. Lots of power points and USB points beside the bed. The pools are amazing and as there are so many, it was easy to find one that was empty. I had a couple of meals in the main restaurant, and the food was excellent. The rest of the time I hate in the healthier cafe and loved the food there. The staff in it were always so welcoming and kind, even though they must have been sick of the sight of me after 3 weeks. Sofia was particularly good as she spotted what you'd need before you needed it. I don't like gyms and fitness, but the gym was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The shuttle to a couple of beaches was handy if you didn't have transport. I'd love to stay in this hotel again.

Stayed for 4 nights during the summer with my family in two different types of rooms . One was 2 bedrooms suite with pool view and then switched to two suite bedroom with private pool , the private pool was really private and isolated so it was so comfortable for us , I had a really great experience here . The welcoming drinks and check in was smooth , the staff and services were amazing . The message was great . There is a shuttle bus take you to Rawai beach every day , we tried the room service for dinner and the food was great , my only cons is the breakfast there I tried it once and it wasn’t that much and not worth adding it your booking . There wasn’t any much variety of food but the restaurant area was great .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
