I stayed in Staybridge Suites in Yas for 2 nights with my 11 month old. We booked the family suite but we got a lovely surprise when checking in they upgraded us to a family 1-bedroom apartment (my 11 month old loved all the extra space). The staff were very accommodating. When I asked for a baby high chair to be brought to our room, within 5 minutes they brought it. They have a lovely kids play area in the hotel and they have complementary dinner on the weekends which was great because we could spend more time in the hotel. Both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were delicious with a wide spread and variety of food. I really enjoyed the stay and the staff did everything they can to make us comfortable. Well done, Staybridge! I will defiantly be coming again with my family.

Great suites, worth it according the price. Nice view to Ferrari world and golf course. Suites with great lighting, living room and kitchen. Fully equipped. Pets allowed. Breakfast included with many and healthy options. Parking underground. Pool area and amenities. Front desk service was excellent.

We stayed in Staybridge suites during the holiday and we had a nice experience there. I love how "homey" the place was and it is great for families because of the amenities that they have. The rooms were large and full of space. The location is very convenient also if you are planning to go to Yas Island theme parks because there is a free bus express that goes every 15minutes for you to reach the theme parks. The breakfast was nice also and the staff were very accommodating(especially Mr Sudip). I am giving them 5 stars because I enjoyed.. I will visit soon.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Mr Sadie was extremely helpful in taking my breakfast order and having a smile on his face. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Recently I had stayed in Staybridge Suites for 3 nights and during this short time I really like this hotel. The hotel room was well-appointed, with a fantastic view. The offers were very kindly with everyone and everything was in the highest level.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
