We booked this location for our first annual Presidential achievement awards and we were impressed by the excellent reception and hospitality provided by the hotel and staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and large separate rooms, easy Check in and event location space. Their front desk staff waited on us and their attention to detail was exceptional. We had around 96 guests and they were happy with parking and safety. Since we had dignitaries, commissioners, Senators and world leaders in the room, safety was key. Thank you Staybridge and thank you IHG for always supporting the vision of your members. If you need a location to host your events in the Atlanta area look no further!! -Team Chichimovies

It's two hotels in one... Crown plaza and Staybrige are every other floor. Issue is when I called for valet($50/day) and no one answered! Only to find out my sister had money, prescriptions, and other items STOLEN out of her car that was there before she gave her keys to valet!! Do NOT use valet service for this property !! Do not!! She's been trying to call with no luck! If you can afford it, pls stay somewhere more upscale!

The worst hotel experience I have had. Right as we entered the lobby to check in, one of the employees was on her phone and was watching videos of people screaming on full volume. When we got our first room, we had to switch it out for a different one because it didn’t have enough beds. Our second room had a leaking toilet and was very unclean, so we had to switch again. The third room had many things wrong with it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I had a very hard time sleeping. The windows are so thin that you can hear the wind hitting the building and everything that’s happening on the road. The walls were thin too, and you could hear other rooms flush their toilets. The air conditioning was also broken, as it displayed the wrong temperature than it was set to. I do not know if all these things apply to all rooms, but it had an extremely negative effect on our trip.

This place was easy to get a room and I see why. The room should have been free with the way it looked. The room upon walking in had multiple areas of patchwork with poor workmanship (see photos). The room was not cleaned thoroughly, we found bottle caps on the floor from previous guests. Just getting to the room was a problem because the garage elevators leading to the sky bridge did not work. We had to walk several flights of stairs to take our luggage to the room because we self-parked. Self parking cost $36 per night but you can’t leave the garage unless you wanted to be charged. Valet was $48 per night but you could come and go as please. The shower did not contain the water inside, while showering the tub filled up because of a slow drain and the door to the bathroom did not close. The good thing is the lady at the front desk and the valet person was nice and pleasant. There was emergency vehicle noise and noise from street cars all night. We got there late and left early before 5 am. We didn’t hang around for breakfast because we were afraid to try it. We will not stay at Staybridge again.

I am a diamond elite member that has been utilizing IHG regularly for work and leisure since 2016. This location may be the worst hotel within the IHG portfolio of locations that I have stayed at since I began using these hotels. There were a few things off the top of my head that make this a substandard stay for what I am used to. This is the only hotel that I have ever seen that charges a $75 fee if you want to check in before 3pm even if they have a room available. This hotel overall is extremely dated; they try to make up for it by having larger rooms etc but the overall quality of the hotel is in rough shape. The gym is fairly large but in line with this hotel only 50% of the treadmills were operational and the water machine is broken. My room and my co-workers' rooms who stayed during the same timeframe complained that the air conditioning only cooled a small portion of the room leaving the rest of the room warm. From the hours of 11pm to 7am you do not have access to this hotel's lobby; you have to utilize the crown plaza's front desk for any support. If you need to check out before 7am you will not receive a physical bill because the Staybridge staff has not reported to work yet. If you are looking to relax and recover during your stay here you will find that this location is extremely loud and noisy (not a fault of the hotel but there are continuous sirens). If you plan on using the valet service ensure you call about 30 min before your estimated departure to ensure you are not sitting around waiting; we were comped a full day of valet that is how long we ended up waiting. Overall I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with this location. As a 7 year diamond elite member I would strongly recommend staying at any other IHG location but this one. You will be disappointed to the point that this location does not even offer complimentary coffee after breakfast ends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
