I meant to give this a review back in the Spring when I spent a month and a half. Actually, I miss it, as it was the perfect efficiency apartment for me and the women who manage it keep it in tip top shape. No riff raff, smokers, or anything to make you worry. They are very professional. The breakfast was excellent. The parking plenty. Even though, it cost a little more than an apartment, I think it is a better deal for long term stays than an apt itself given the level of care they give to their clients. I had both the older and newer rooms.

I used IHG points for a recent stay. I was appalled at the condition of our room. We were assigned an accessible room even though we did not need one. The kitchen appliances were not only dated, but in deplorable condition. It looked like rust marks all over the front refrigerator, the dishwasher was dented and old. The pull out couch was worn. It felt like I was sleeping on Slinkys underneath me as I could fell every spring poking up. The worst was waking up to find there was no hot water to take a shower in the morning! We were assured by the front desk it would be repaired by 11AM, well after we checked out. This hotel definitely did not live up to IGH standards!

We needed a room for a 2-day music festival on the shore (Asbury Park-Sea Hear Now). This hotel was the closest, reasonably priced hotel we could get and was only a 35-45 minute drive to and from the shore. The staff, well, Dominica, was the best host. Friendly, great at check in, accomodated an early check out. Very much appreciated. Also, close to several major highways. Would definitely stay there again.

Do not stay here! My family of 5 stayed here the first week August 2023. The one day we did have housekeeping service, we came back to the hotel to find our door left OPENED! We had to beg, borrow, and plead every single day for clean towels. One of the toilets in one of the bathrooms of our 2 bedroom suite was clogged up and it took them 5 days to repair it. My children had to go to the bathroom out in the lobby.The trash was NEVER removed IN 6 DAYS. We had service once in the 6 days that we stayed there. Every time we reported the issues to the front desk, we we're met with INDIFFERENCE as the front desk clerk sat there SHRUGGING HER SHOULDERS with her earpods in and barely acknowledged our needs or requests. The side doors and back entrance to the hotel is left open for anybody to walk in without a security card or key. Save yourself time and money GO ANYWHERE ELSE! CLEARLY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS!

Facility suffering to get help it appears. 6:30am breakafast not out by 8am. Room had only 1 black out shade, so i could only block have the window, so door lock (outside) not working. Facility was clean, people were nice, but needs some attention in areas.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
