This hotel is such an underrated gem. My parents were coming to Dubai to stay in January and they wanted a hotel apartment instead of hotel rooms. They opted for Staybridge and I was so impressed when I saw the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. Their suite was so spacious with a living room, bedroom, and decently sized kitchen. The pricing was incredibly reasonable as well. My father is allergic to feathers and so when I expressed this to the team, they made arrangements to procure hypoallergenic bedding from a sister hotel instead of telling me that they could not support the request. This shows true hospitality, which was highly appreciated. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Dubai who is looking for a hotel apartment. One thing to note is there is a lot of construction nearby so it can be a bit noisy, but that was the only downside.

Wonderful experience. Staff are very kind and friendly. Received a complimentary upgrade before my arrival, front desk personnel was very welcoming and supportive. Location is perfect, close to metro station and many iconic malls. Suite was well maintained and clean, housekeeping team rocks. Nice breakfast, gym and pool. Thank you guys for the great service and hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Claudino for doing his best to ensure I would get the most pleasant experience ever prior to my arrival.

Hello! Staybridge Internet City is a wonderful place to stay in Dubai. I have been staying there for 4 times and recommend it to my friends. Everything was splendid: the service, the rooms, the food and facilities (pool, etc). The staff is always there to help and they always paid attention to comfort, cleanliness and high standard service. I’d like to thank the manager Maurine, who has been a great host and an outstanding professional, helping me find the best room.

I moved to Dubai in August 2023 for an assignment for my company and stayed at Staybridge Suites for 6 months. The accommodation is excellent. A well-equipped gym, extremely good breakfast (I especially recommend the fried mushrooms and the porridge ;)) and a super nice apartment. But what makes my time here special are the people who work for Staybridge. Extremely helpful, friendly, professional but at the same time authentic. During my assignment I celebrated my 30th birthday in Dubai. I received a handwritten card from the staff and a brownie and my room was decorated while I was at work. A great surprise. No matter what request I have, everyone makes an effort to make my life here as pleasant as possible. Alex in particular is a great help and I really appreciate the personal interaction with him. I could go on and on. Top accommodation. 10 out of 10.

I was here with my boyfriend. And I really enjoyed my stay here. Well appointed and spacious rooms. A well designed establishment with a comprehensive range of facilities. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
