What an experience! Pertrise was so friendly and professional, and the check-in process was seamless and fast. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was amazing! The pool deck was so nice to relax and watch the sunset. Overall, it was a perfect stay

Jonae was an amazing part of our stay! Her customer service (with everyone she interacts with) is on point. She has a very bright personality and really gave us a good run down on the hotel amenities - most of which we didn’t even realize were there! Honestly, extending our stay was a breeze and we appreciate her enthusiasm. Beautiful rooms, happy hour, this is the place to book! One of the best sleeps I’ve ever had! Definitely coming back!

Nice, clean and friendly. Breakfast was WAY better than I expected. Restroom door wouldn’t close in our room but other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay even if we only stayed one night. We would definitely return.

Stayed for 3 nights and it is a fabulously run hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fabulous, with not only great food selection but also real plates and silverware. The pool area was clean with towels available. I'd note the kitchen in the room wasn't well stocked, for example a room that can sleep 6 had 3 spoons. It didn't impact our stay, and overall this was a great hotel for the price.

We stayed here for a business meeting and, for future business stays in the area, I am 100% staying here. Having said that, be aware that this is a high rise hotel-- 14 stories-- and that it shares a lobby with another IHG property, Holiday Inn Express. It's all very pretty, especially the window view from the higher floors. The parking is in a security controlled parking garage. You'll use your hotel key to enter and depart from the garage. There is a daily $22 (as of right now) charge to park. It was very clean and secure. I never felt unsafe. The rooms have your standard extended stay amenities, such as a refrigerator/ freezer and a cooktop, plus a toaster and silverware, plates and cups. Our room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless as well. The staff was friendly. There is a complimentary breakfast, which did have some good variety and was well presented. If you are traveling with pets, there is a substantial pet fee, but in return you'll get a great, security-controlled immaculate dog yard. All in all, you're paying for the location, and that was more than okay for this trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
