This is the best place! My wife and I stayed a week in July. Everyone--really, everyone!--was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make every element of our stay delightful. The breakfasts are varied and the food real! (You can even make your own smoothies with real fruit, yogurt, chia & flax seeds, etc.). Three evenings a week there are free appetizers and drinks! The place is immaculately clean. There are free laundry machines; free bikes to borrow; a swimming pool; and a nice size gym with weight machines, dumbbells, and mats. The place is convenient to numerous restaurants and to a 30 mile bike/running/walking path. We were consistently pleased with everything about the place.

This hotel is hands down one of the nicest places I've ever been to for extended stays. ALL of the members of staff are absolutely amazing. I stayed here for 17 days, and each member made sure I had the most comfortable enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean, quiet, and had a beautiful ambience that is extremely relaxing. This property is close to eateries, and minutes away from a host of bars, lounges, and whatever else you may desire. This place did not disappoint! Special s/o Shae, and Dee you guys exhibited excellent service and commitment, you both were awesome!

Conveniently located on Eldridge near TONS of restaurants and Hersey Park, Staybridge was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our 3-night stay in Houston, with our 60lb dog. It was an all black staff at the front desk who were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The continental breakfast in the mornings was quite a spread, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. We saw a lot of people using the pool and the outdoor sitting. There was plenty of grassy areas for dogs to walk on-leash. I do wish that they had the doggie bag stations around the property, but they do have plenty of trash cans around so you don’t have to go too far to throw anything away. The hotel is very nicely taken care of both inside and out. The TV channels leave much to be desired, but we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room, so it’s wasn’t a big deal. We will probably stay here again on our next trip to Houston! I extend my appreciation to the staff at Staybridge for running such a well-oiled machine! You can tell they care about the visitors and the property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
