First off, I want to mention that I wish there was a spot to rate breakfast because Jikhil's breakfast was 5 stars every day. My daughter has a host of allergies and it was fantastic that he happy to answer any questions I had. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious. They could have been a little more clean. The main issue we had with the room was the temperature. The room temps dropped to 16* at night time, it never went above 18 and we're in the middle of December. Pool was not heated at all so we couldn't go swimming. And the only other complaint was that there was no ice station and no water refill. We were told we could come to front desk to have our bottles refilled, and when we did all they did was give us 2 bottles of water. 🤷‍♀️. Overall, we would stay again but only if the price was right.

People really need to understand this hotel is not like the other Staybridge hotels, very very very dated, the TVs are that old cable TVs. The furniture in our room was some what damaged, the lamp shades was damaged and holes in the wall. In one of the bedrooms there was some hard black stuff under the mattress sheets in the corner (possible dead bedbugs but we are unsure). We rented two separate suites. Both families were not overly happy with their stay. This hotel reminds me of the hotels that have hosted homeless people during covid, I ask the receptionist if this was the case but she stated she was unsure due to not working at that time. Please have no expectation when staying at this hotel. Pros: The breakfast and coffee was really good thank goodness. And we didn't have any issues with service or reception.

Stayed here for a month due to a work trip and was extremely pleased! Loved the breakfast they had every morning. Was a great variety! Also 3 days of the week they had "dinner". A variety of foods that were really good and added a lot to my experience. The facilities were also lovely, pool and gym. My room was amazing and front desk was so kind if I ever needed anything. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone, but especially to anyone needing to travel for business. Also the cleaning crew was so sweet! I forgot some things in my room and they held them for me until I was able to pick them up. Definitely loved my stay!

By far one of the worst run hotels in London. I stayed a month there, because I wanted the kitchenette, and because of the location. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the couch for the first 2 1/2 weeks, because the beds mattress had been removed, leaving the couch supportless. I asked 8 different times fir a mattress. But it fell on deaf ears. It wasn't until I offered to bring ut up myself, did I actually get one. The staff was disinterested in helping with anything the entire time that we were here. There is a complementary breakfast offered. Which I'm pretty sure made me ill for a couple of weeks during my stay. Buy funny enough. After I had already been staying fir a week, a girl at the front desk made sure to approach me while I was getting my breakfast, to see if I was actually a guest of the hotel. I felt very warm and welcomed. Then to top off my wonderful experience, 2 days before my check out, the staff decides to enter my room illegally to do an inspection while I was out. They said it was a housekeeping inspection. However, they decided that I was an undesirable guest for 2 reasons. There was a lit candle they said. And the headboard was broken. First off the head board o took off the wall, because it kept banging on the wall everything I moved. And rather than disturb my neighbour's, I thought I'd be courteous and take it off while I was there. I pointed out their maintenance was obviously not very experienced, and I put the headboard back. But because i had a candle in my room, I was still being dismissed. I asked where it's posted that candles would be allowed in the room. She couldn't find anything for me. But insisted that it was the law. So I made them aware of the the pending lawsuit, and of their illegal entrance into my suite. As well as going through my personal belongings. But somehow it was OK fir the entire hotel to be taken over the prior weekend by a children's hockey league. To which the worst parenting I've ever seen was being conducted. We had kids running up and down the halls the entire weekend. Knocking on our door and running. It was unbareable. When we mentioned this to the front desk. We just got an "I know" as a response. Nothing was done about it. If you stay at this hotel, good luck is all I can say.

We stayed here recently for one night for a family getaway. The room was a great size, it didn't even feel cramped once we put up our pack n play. The pool was a hit and not busy at all. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. The service was remarkable. The person I spoke to on the phone was amazing and able to accommodate early check in, the staff at the front desk were eager to help, the staff in the kitchen helped me get some ice for our cooler to keep the baby bottles cold and the house keeping staff quickly accommodated an allergy to feather bedding. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in London.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
