Great value for money and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the facilities on site. I would really recommend as the price is similar to other London hotels but you get so much more for your money! The room was so spacious. The hotel was very quiet as well. We are already planning on using this hotel again if we have to stay over in London.

We stayed at Staybridge over Christmas and, despite a few problems, were ultimately happy with our stay. Pros: friendly staff; incredible breakfast buffet, beautiful lobby, large rooms, in suite (and well stocked) kitchenette, location was very easy to navigate to the city center on the bus and was in a very quiet location Cons: The air conditioning in our room never worked. We had an employee come check it, but it never got cooler than 21C, and got much warmer at night. The staff did bring us an oscillating fan, which we did appreciate, but still We woke up sweaty and uncomfortable. The bed is hard as a rock, which just isn't our thing. The room is partially carpeted, and ours was quite dirty. We also had moldy sheets and had to request new ones. I don't regret staying here, it just could have been better. If this is in your price range, I think it's a great option!

Excellent stay in every way. Our room was like an apartment with every amenity we could’ve wished for. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel was extremely quiet with great facilities and within easy reach of pubs, restaurants, and about 25 minutes walking to the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey along the Thames. Will definitely stay again when in London

This is a gem of a hotel. A special thank you to Tonika for the hospitality she and the other staff members provided us. Your insight and friendliness added to a wonderful stay. The room was clean (bed bug free) and comfortable along with a towel warmer in the bathroom, an unexpected bonus The breakfast offerings are quite sufficient and fresh. This hotel is located about 1.6 miles from Buckingham Palace and a few other major attractions in London with the tube and train station nearby along with several eating options. It made for a great location to explore from and a great retreat to get away from all the hustle and traffic further in the city. My only disappointment was the dryer; it took several cycles for the cloths to dry and eventually, I just pulled them out slightly damp. They were dry in the morning after laying them out in the room. Overall, great stay!! Thanks

Amazing hotel that provides all the amenities that you need during your stay. The rooms are more like mini apartments that come with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and a laundry room in the basement. So it’s basically like you are at home. But the product is nothing without the staff, and they are excellent! They make you feel welcomed by the moment you step in. Thank you for this amazing experience! Will be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
