The front desk customer service staff member was excellent and the room was very nice having all of great additional amenities such as a couch and kitchen area along with the other necessary amenities. The Maintenance Staff member was excellent also with how he handled the situation with the television. 5-star treatment no doubt. Keep up the great work you're doing there!

Roaches in room. I’ll just get right to the point. There’s roaches in our room. In the kitchenette area and then on the bed! I reported to front desk person. Bless his heart he did the best he can do which is give me 10% off the 1st night and offer me another room tomorrow. There’s got to be something better. 1/2 star

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Driving to the entrance was bizzare, it was dark, no parking lot lights were on for the Staybridge, the main entrance canopy lights were not on, a very erie feeling, i was thinking that the building was abandoned. Several people in front of me at the check in counter, no attendant present, another guest stated that a person up and quite earlier. Check in took awhile, i booked online an hour earlier which negates the option to cancel without losing the $256.00 for one night. The overall condition of the building is dirty and musty, all (4) washers and dryers had signs stating "Out of service, Sorry for the Inconvenience". Looking at other reviews, that was mentioned. There is a small box of debrie from a maintenance task in the hallway on the first floor leading to the fitness center, which was still there the next morning, small item, but a prevalent theme of the site. The parking lot lights came on, trees are overgrown blocking light. The elevators are dirty, dirt embedded in the corners, the door to the basketball/pool area quit working for access back into the building, when i mentioned that the door wasn't working, a representative said, "yeah i dont know why it stops working like that". Which forces one to walk around to the front entry, allot of trip hazards to navigate to the main entrance, especially with very poor lighting. I haven't unpacked, feels gross to be in the room, very upset with the condition, especially for the price point, it is 9:50PM, the bedroom clock says 3:24PM, no attention to detail, whatsoever. No jack's for phone chargers, at the price point, you would think there would be. Parking in the surface parking lot costs $7.00 what a joke! Unbelievable!!!!

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was within walking distance of a lot. The hotel itself needs major help. We asked for early check in and was told to check at 1, so we did. At 1, housekeeping was supposedly running behind so we hung out noticing another couple waiting as well. A group of ladies tried checking in not too long after and were given keys and allowed to check in, confusing and frustrating that guests aren’t helped in order of arrival. The ceiling in the lobby looks moldy like they’ve had water damage and it smells like piss. Once we finally got a room after 3, which I felt like I had to fight for, the carpets were soaking wet and the heater was left on 82. It was apparent there had been some kind of stain next to the bed and the shower was rusting in the tub. We were promised breakfast at 630 but once we got downstairs for breakfast the lady screams at us “730” and moves chairs to block off the breakfast area. Multiple other people were downstairs for breakfast with us and we had to ask if we all could at least have coffee. We requested a shuttle to the airport which I stood at the front desk and waited to have scheduled yet when we brought it up to the front desk guy the next morning he wasn’t showing needing any shuttle and had to call again. Not how I wanted to end my honeymoon and everyone deserves to know how nasty and rude our experience was at this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk staff was nice, but when we went to breakfast in the morning, the attendant was extremely rude to us. We were there 15 minutes BEFORE they posted that they would close down breakfast, and it was COMPLETELY cleared away. We very politely asked if we could still get a little food, and she was super impatient and didn't want to help us. She did the same thing to another woman. She finally let us have a very small plate of scrambled eggs and a piece of fruit. For being Platinum Elite members, this was quite a let down for being such regular customers. Front desk people didn't really care about this at all. Won't be staying here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
