While the room is clean, it could definitely use some refresh. Including to have more than one elevator working. Utensils and cookware are pretty much straight from dollar tree. Valet is great. Friendly, fast, and efficient. Hotel is situated in a location where most of the warehouses near the airport. Being very close to where the airplanes approach as they descend, expect some loud sounds. So light sleepers might want to choose other location unless you have some noise cancelling ear plugs.

This is a nice hotel. It is showing it's age a bit and it looked like they are still repairing some exterior hurricane damage but it was in pretty good shape. We really liked the room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a kitchen and living area in between. It is very close to the airport with an airport shuttle (on demand only, the shuttle doesn't automatically show at the airport, you have to call and request it.) The parking is valet only (current charge $25 + tax per night.) There is some street parking in front of the hotel, but not much and not lighted. There is a descent breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, pancakes and cereal, etc. It was a pretty busy hotel when we went but the staff was friendly and helpful. We were also impressed with how quiet the rooms were even being so close to the airportand road. We did hear some trains though. Overall I would recommend it.

Me, my husband & our toddler stayed at Staybridge Suites for nine days after my surgery.Please let me tell you that if you’re hesitant on booking your stay here.. don’t be! Customer service was top notch, their breakfast is delicious and serve every morning. During sports games, they will have appetizers rooms, wine, beer all complementary. Our room was extremely clean up clean to date and even had a nice little kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The pool area is great, especially if you have smaller children as there is a little tide pool area for them and the larger pool is completely gated off.Evelio went completely above and beyond for me and my family! We loved his hospitality and charisma! Just go ahead and book your stay here you won’t regret it☺️😁

I have been to many Staybridge properties and this location did not represent the IHG brand that I am accustomed too. The body wash in the shower was suppose to be Dove, but it was some other kind of soap. There wasn't any dish detergent available for the dishwasher. The breakfast are is sub-par at best. The juice machine was out of order, so the only drink selection for breakfast was soda or coffee. The toilet and shower had very low water pressure. There was only one working elevator, so waiting to go up or down for a six floor hotel was long and annoying. As a platinum member, I was charged $30 for an early check-in fee because it was before 1pm and they had a room available. My first stay on the 24th they held $50.00 and then on the 29th they held $100. I loathe inconsistencies. The staff is nice enough, but its irritating not having English speaking housekeeping to communicate needs too. There was a shuttle service to and from the hotel and that was good. Overall, the property needs to make some small adjustments to align with totally with the IHG brand.

Room was good but everything else was nasty. The young lady at the front desk was the most courteous. Everyone else was short and not pleasant. Breakfast area was disgusting. They ran out of food and coffee. People were using their hands to pick and switch pastries. The kids were all grossed out so we left. Would not recommend if you are used to staying at Marriotts, Holiday Inns or Hilton. Avoid like the plague.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
