I'm still on my holiday but the place is beautiful. It looks small from the outside but its actually pretty big. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. The staff could not do enough for us, answering all of our questions, given us hints and tips to see in Bordeaux, they even went as far as making reservations for us to eat out. The staff are amazing, polite,friendly and most of them speak really good English which helps if you don't speak French like me. I would recommend getting the buffet breakfast, it's definitely worth the money and a good way to start the day. The location is amazing, it's a 5/10 minute walk to the tram line. Will definitely be returning 😀

Just wow! 5 stars is not even enough for this hotel! The rooms are so comfortable, the location of the hotel is amazing and what the most impressive has been is the staff! They helped me out real quick to organise a birthday surprise, and the way they did it was just awesome! Must stay 10/10!!! Coming back for sure. Thank you so much!

It was my first experience with Staycity, but won’t be the last. You probably can’t imagine better location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room is modern, clean, well maintained. That’s all you need to enjoy your holiday.

Great place to stay. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, always smiling and saying hello when you walk through the door. The room was nice , little patio was really nice to sit out in. I left a dress behind and they kept it for me offering to post it back to my home address. I have been in hotels before that will not do this. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone I know coming to Bordeaux.
