Impeccable to say the least. Stayed with the family to visit, checked in and out with Susie; excellent service. We also got upgraded since we stayed over an off peak period which we were very thankful for. The rooms were beautiful and more than what we expected. Local shops close by which was an added benefit, especially for making breakfast lunch and dinner in the apartment. 10/10 overall.

Really enjoyed my stay here, very warm and welcoming staff. Susie was amazing. It was my birthday and I took lovely pictures, there are also so many place to sit out and eat very close to the hotel. The only but is the shower, cause the shower head is stuck, it was difficult bathing my little one without getting her hair wet. Great value for money.

Another amazing stay at the city centre staycity apartments. Staff as always were absolutely amazing and really helpful. Becka and Amelia who always give us such a lovely welcome, always ensure that we get the best possible stay by offering us an upgrade to one of the gorgeous spaceous rooms which are always clean and tidy. Jacob who is always supportive and helpful was exceptional and went the extra mile as although he was busy he still came to our room to help with the heating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. My mum describes it as her second home, this shows how fabulous the staff are. Thank you as always.

Everything was just amazing! I really wished to give 10 stars if possible. A great location in the city centre, close to everything you need. All staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly, Susie was extremely nice and amazing! were upgraded to the penthouse apartment when we arrived, a fantastic apartment, so tidy, clean and comfortable, the kids loved it so much! Will recommend for everyone I know! and definitely we will be staying again. Thank you for everything.

First of all, Susie is the best receptionist ever! Very friendly and polite, and introduced us where to visit in Liverpool when we checked in. The location is perfect, just around 10 to 15 mins walk to the dock The room is big and with many utilities in it. This is not a hotel but more like a service apartment type so there is a kitchen with everything in it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
