I loved the staff they were incredibly accommodating! The rooms, facilities and location were incredible too! Free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment because they had the space, it was also my daughters birthday getaway (we live outside of England so we did this a day trip), so I do wonder if that's why they upgraded us too. I've honestly never met such friendly and approachable people in the hospitality industry. Jump at the chance to stay here you won't be disappointed!

We managed to check in early on Christmas Day - thank you! Cookies are offered at the front desk. The café runs even when almost everywhere else (outside) is closed. Friendly staff, in particular David and Kerry. We had a lovely chat with David, who was also informative. Kerry delighted us with complimentary Mulled wine! Thank you for the lovely experience. Bathroom lighting is very dim in the shower, prob because the rain shower head is blocking the light. Also, please provide cereal bowls in the room.

Great location . Short walk to Liverpool One . Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Parking - small garage , low ceiling, quite tight parking, although it's handy and reasonable price .

This place is simply fabulous and I couldn’t recommend it more! The staff are top tier, so helpful. The location is amazing and so close to everywhere. The room we had was lovely and spotless on arrival! The breakfast maybe could’ve had some more options but overall was great also! 5 stars 😁

The location was great, the staff were exceptional and the hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. The room was spacious with everything that you need to do food. The bathroom was big and well equipped even had a heated towel rail. Comfy beds too. We really enjoyed our stay and when we return to Liverpool we will certainly be staying here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
