Amazing friendly and very helpful facilities. Staff were excellent in anything we asked of them. Especially brilliant at answering emails. All day free shuttle bus service to Disneyland site/train station. Has an outside pool to make us think to come back in warmer weather. Rooms had a small kitchen, excellent for feeding young families who have their own eating regimes.

From reading some of the reviews I was hoping it wouldn't end up as a 1* review but I cannot find fault. The checkin team at reception was very efficient and professional. Rooms were spotless and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of pots and pans, plates and glasses. Fridge, small dishwasher and plenty of storage. I slept on the fold out bed and they are pretty comfortable. Much better than others I have slept on. Bus is always on time and as much as some have expressed not being able to get on the bus after fireworks in Disney, the bus only hold a certain amount of people so that's not on the hotel. All in all I would highly recommend

This hotel is amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights for my sons birthday and visited Disneyland Paris only 7-10 min drive in the free shuttle service available from the hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to a villa and they also decorated the room for my sons birthday which was amazing! Staff are lovely and very friendly. Food is decent also. Would definitely stay again!

Cannot rate this place highly enough. The 4 bed/bath apartment we stayed in was immaculately clean, well equipped and modern. Staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and cheerful too. The location is excellent for Disney, although the free shuttle bus can get incredibly busy and packed to the doors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Disney.
