        Had a short stay at StayEasy. Check-in was quick and easy. Bevan at the front desk was great! Our room had a lovely, clean setup with a great mountain view. The bed was comfy, but the pillows could be better. There's a rooftop bar at SunSquare next door with a beautiful view, though drinks were a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet from 6:30-9:30 AM was included and decent but somewhat lacking in flavor. Considering the cost and what we received, it was a worthwhile stay overall.

        Just don’t book this hotel. For your own peace, please. 1. Cockroaches in the room when we arrived and then we are told they are from our bags. But as we entered the roaches were in the little kitchen area, so make it make sense. 2. Stain on the sheets and dirty kettle 3. Breakfast is substandard 4. Its was so packed and noisy 5. Had to go to them multiple times about fumigating the room, no one came to report back until we followed up multiple times. At this point I just want to leave because wow.

        This was my first and last time I booked at this hotel the experience was terrible and neither will I recommend anyone to book accommodation here due to the following reasons: I had issues with my aircon not giving cold air and complained to the front desk at around 10pm, and I was still at the reception by 12:30 am, I was being taken from room to room as the aircon in any of their rooms were not working properly. The manager that was on duty that night was called and he was taking a decision to restart the aircon sysytem and I was asked to go to the first room that was allocated to me when I had arrived at the hotel, this did not help as the aircon was still giving hot air. It was now 1:00am and I needed to sleep as I had to get to work at 7am I was tired and I fell asleep. I woke up at around 5am as a result of sleep breaking due to feeling sweaty and uncomfortable from the heat in the room as a result of the AC system and incompetent staff that did not care to provide me with a proper working AC. I then went to have a shower and there was no hot water in the room I was in, I was taken to another room to have a shower. No care by management and hotel to do anything as a result of my terrible experience.

        I slept very well. Had everything i needed. I had an issue with the shower but maintenance came up in 10mins and sorted it out. Great breakfast buffet. Although I had to go to the adjoining hotel to have dinner.

        The TV channels does not work properly as it does not reflect the channel showing on the TV. The room telephone never worked during the stay. The coffee and milk with spoons were never replaced in the rooms. We received one towel for two people every day. Imagine that. The toilet was not cleaned. The room was cleaned late like 6 o'clock in the afternoon. The dust bin didn't get a plastic bag. Not good anough The breakfast food was boring.
