This hotel is a hidden gem! It’s close to everything, super cute and I felt safe. Aside from it being a clean establishment, the customer service at the front desk and hotel bar are top notch! Cassandra was friendly, personable and full of great restaurant recommendations! And I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that checked me in and made sure I had everything I needed. I also have to shout out Jasmine at the bar! Best. Drinks. EVER! I will definitely stay here again - whether it’s business or personal travel!

My friend and I decided to book three nights at this hotel for our girls trip and we couldn’t be happier. The customer service was great and both Cass and Marshay were very sweet and helpful. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side but the amazing view made up for it, the area was very safe even at night with lots of restaurants and things to do all around. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Overall, very happy with our experience and would definitely book again.

Enjoyed a great stay. All the staff were very helpful and polite. We ate in the restaurant one night and enjoyed the food and drink (which were reasonably priced). The location is brilliant for both walking and access to the various transport options. This is an old iconic hotel, in a great location with good staff - and very reasonably priced. Happy to recommend for anybody seeking reasonably priced accommodation in the heart of it all (and really easy access from O'Hare airport from the Blue line).

Everything and anything you could ever want in a hotel. Immaculately clean rooms and common areas. Friendly and outgoing staff. Prime central location in the heart of the loop. Affordable, competitive rates. Upon arrival, being greeted with a free drink at the bar was awesome. And once I stepped into my room, I couldn’t help but notice how quiet it was (despite being in such a busy corridor). As for the bed, wow were the sheets and blankets comfy. Like being wrapped in a soft cocoon. All around, the absolute best hotel in the loop - a must stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is incredible, and the hotel is a great value. Cassandra at the front desk was super helpful at check in and each time we passed through the lobby. She even offered us umbrellas when it was raining out (which were much appreciated!).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
