Really a great hotel! Located in the heart of the Gaslamp District, friendly staff, great service, free in-room coffee or tea, water bar, free and unlimited use of the bicycles to go around town. The room was super clean and comfortable. The "Naked Experience" makes you feel right at home! Great concept! I'll definitely come back next time I'm in San Diego.

Love this hotel! Perfectly located close to convention center, restaurants, etc. Clean rooms, coffee and water bottle refills. Modern design. Best of all, friendly staff. For example, my iPhone charging cord stopped working. Not fun when you’re traveling. Person at front desk let me borrow one. Definitely staying here again.

The bed really was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever been in while staying at a hotel! The room was very comfortable and the hostess at the front desk was very welcoming and kind! The location is also amazing! While they did offer complimentary bikes, we chose to walk to most of the local restaurants and check out the night life. We will definitely be staying here again next time we do a San Diego trip! ☺️

Alan went above and beyond customer service.When we arrived, he greeted us right away and welcomed us as if we were friends. Alan upgraded our visit by giving us an extra free drink and snack vouchers / upgraded our room. We went to our first room and it was way to dark, however we explained and apologized to Alan and he didn’t bat an eye in making a change to our room to a different view and brighter. Alan is welcoming to his guests, answered any concerns or questions we had. I have been to San Diego and this is by far the best hotel experience I have had. I would say that is due to Alan. THANK YOU ALAN FOR MAKING MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION, by making our visit nice and comfortable. Oh by the way, our bed had these wonderful comforters on the bed that were incredible. No need to fight over blankets, no getting caught up in the top sheet. 🥰

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
