Cute and comfortable! Ben at the front desk was super helpful! Got us squared away with parking and made sure we got a full run down of everything for our stay! Bed was comfy. Blankets were soft and warm. The room was cozy with plenty of space to put things(and a safe!). Dispensers for body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap, so not a bunch of mini sized things everywhere (I loved this!!) Even the towels were a good quality! The only downside was getting water all over the floor when we took a shower. Otherwise this is a great place to have a little getaway in the city. Would definitely stay here again 😊

Big shout out to the hotel and staff for getting the room set up for my wife’s birthday! This is a great hotel in an amazing location. Food, drinks, and fun are all close by and even in the rain an easy walk. And the beds/comforters are AMAZING!! Would highly recommend this place.

Great hotel within walking distance from a ton of activities. Our room was clean, warm, and all of the towels, robes, and sheets were soft and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even on evening when they were very busy. I would absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again. The price and location just can't be beat.

This place is cozy and the staff are a hoot! From the time we stepped up to the front desk, I have yet to encounter an unfriemdly staffer... quirky and cute are the two best descriptors of the hotel... they were so great to our dogs.. I recommend the park and bark if you have fur babies... they are a block over from the Macaw Music and that means you are right there at the park with the monorail, space needles, and museums... this is our hotel on our next trip through Seattle

Never stayed at this hotel branch before but really liked the cute decor, the room was also very clean and so nicely displayed. They have cute robes that I did not get to use this time but will def take advantage next time. Customer service was great. Every employee was very kind and helpful and would definitely stay at a stay pineapple in the future. I also love that pets are allowed for a reasonable price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
