Staff here were great, friendly, welcoming. We arrived early and were allowed to do an early check in. The location was perfect for our family going across the street for medical services. This hotel even gave you a discount if you were here for that reason, which made it all the more wonderful. I also felt very safe, walking the streets around this neighborhood as we did numerous times going for meals for 2days. The manager brought his doggy out to say hi to us a couple of times and showed us how smart he was doing “tricks” . I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone out of town who needs to be in this area great people great hotel great beds.

We stayed 3 weeks ago for my daughter's surgery at children's. The rooms were clean and super comfortable. It was in a great location only minutes from children's hospital. We wanted to take home the duvets off the bed, they were amazing. We appreciate the staff reaching out and helping with a billing concern that was 100% rectified, we appreciate you all and helping us♡ please don't make a mistake like I did and book through a third party like Bookings. We will stay there again and go through them directly.

The staff was really great and knowledgable. My only complaint is that the carpet in the room felt soiled. Also, there was subtle but large stains on the room chair that seemed a little gross. Cover that chair with a towel and make sure you bring your slippers and its a great place to stay!

I would rate this place very highly. It was quiet and is extremely close to the light rail and bus transfer station. You can get to pretty much anywhere in Seattle from here. Airport journey takes about 50 minutes all up. Rooms are clean and spruced up and the bed was very comfy. Decent linen and very generous with towels. Recommended.

Great hospitality! We were warmly greeted by Tom at reception, who quickly got us situated and set up with all the goodies. The room was pristine and comfortable and we especially liked the individual duvets! Parking was easily accessed. A great place to stay in Seattle north of downtown.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
