Wonderful hotel! This is my second time staying here and I had a great rate because of the Black Friday deals. The rooms are really clean and well thought-out. The service at the front desk was excellent and the staff there were so nice! Great location as well (only a 10-12 min drive to downtown) and close to my favorite bubble tea shop. The only downside was the duvets were too warm and I woke up sweating, even with the AC turned on. Maybe there's a lighter "summer" duvet? Still, I'd definitely come back!

This is really a great hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bed(s) are plush and quite comfortable. Little frills like lemon water in the lobby, complimentary drink tokens, cafe on site, robes in the room, Keurig coffee, etc. Great location if you're going to a show at the Neptune. Really enjoyed my stay. Would have gave 5 stars but my card was charged twice which was a minor inconvenience. They apologized and pledged to rectify the problem. Really nice stay

Worth every penny. The extra amenities fee is weird indeed. However, I felt so safe in this place - one cannot even get on the elevator without a proper room key. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants in the university district. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Unlike others, I was not bothered by individuals who were unhoused and didn't find them threatening.

This king bedroom was nice. The bedding was so comfortable and the pillows were very soft! However, i do like a top sheet on my bed. I don't like sleeping with the comforter only. I would have liked a makeup mirror in the bathroom. It was difficult to lean over the sink to put makeup on. The tv is way too small and it was hard to change channels. My room had no view. It was a view of the walls of the next building. I did use the paid parking, which i wish was included in the room cost. The underground parking was very nice. The hallways and elevators were really cold. Both of the front desk men that i met were very nice and helpful.

More than pleasantly surprised. Loved the beds, the French duvet is a nice touch, and the lack of pretension from the staff. Just a first rate hotel and location. Quiet room even though my room was next to the elevator, I didn't hear a thing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
