        Where to start? The whole setup is near perfection. The rooms are great. Service is amazing. Both restaurants are very good. And for a late departure there is the complimentary use of the pool room and shower. Wonderful!

        I’ve visited many hotels and this might be my favorite in the world. Highly recommend the 1 bedroom villa, it is spacious and wonderful for a honeymoon suite. They set up flower arrangements, made fires for us in our fireplace, and many other special touches. Don’t miss the spa while you are here, we did four treatments and they were all wonderful!

        We spent another 6 nights as returning customers. That should be self explanatory. So it was a big surprise when the manager asked 170 Rand (~8 Euro) to send my Chromecast cable I forgot to our new location at Erinvale. This would NEVER happen in a 5* establishment offering 5* service by 5* personal. It takes so little to make one NOT returning anymore. As a side note, their Golf course clearly makes you feel that non members are NOT welcome. Starting with their fees compared to similar or better Golf courses and personal and members behavior.

        My Beautiful Wife spoilt me with a Surprise for my Birthday @ Steenberg. The Staff were super helpfuk, polite & professional. Food was superb. Wine tasting good, perhaps the staff at the Wine tasting bistro could do with a little more training wrt customer experience as experienced in other areas of Steenberg staff’s . Overall, we would most certainly return.

        Coming back into South Africa after a long overseas contract, steenberg farm has become our regular pre-vacation escape. Knowing that we are coming home to a family that welcomes us back with the biggest smiles, the friendliest hearts and where nothing is too much to ask, is the reason why I cannot stop recommending this beautiful establishment. A huge thank you to catherine, Shiraine, Nolleen and the entire Steenberg team for making us feel extremely comfortable and special during our stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
