Much better than expected. Rooms were well kept and clean, the service was good too. The 3-Pax room that our children had was the biggest I have seen in Europe so far, very spacious and comfortable. Location was also convenient and easy access to public transport. Walkable distance to the DOM and major attractions too. Car park was also within the hotel.

I like room and breakfast very much. However, I would expect better customer service in such hotel. I had many issues at the reception with one lady who wasn’t able to help me with anything and she was even bit rude to me… Fortunately she had a helpful supervisor.

Centrally located, and easy walks to the Köln Dom, Christmas Markets (when it's December, obviously). If you're traveling by car, there is a private parking underneath the hotel and at time of this review, it's EUR25 per 24 hours. You need a green emissions sticker for your vehicle if you're traveling by car and plan to enter the town centre. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast was great.

We had a nice room (business room), but unfortunately the remote controle and one of the lights next to the bed didn't work. That's something they should always check... Breakfast was good, but fruit and juices aren't fresh. It's located in the centre, but you still have to walk 1.7km to the dome, so you have to be into walking. There are several christmas markets nearby.

This hotel was lovely. Not the absolute best on the market but for the price it was great. We really enjoyed our stay and the location for the Christmas markets could not have been better. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection and even the option to make a mimosa!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
