Steinberger Hof is a beautiful, grand old building. They have put their money into the common areas more than the rooms. While the room and bathroom (including tub!) were large and the bed comfy, it was badly in need of updating. The decor and furniture were dated, and the carpet was, honestly, gross. I sneezed constantly. Also, the lack of seal on the shower meant that whatever we did, the floor flooded when we showered. Great, great breakfast, though overpriced given what you’re paying for the rooms, which is definitely a luxury price, even for Europe. Worth noting the coffee is really bad. Sorry, but at a five-star hotel, I expect a barista and not a machine. :) Staff lovely generally though many seem inexperienced/new. Fabulous location.

Excellent hotel that makes you feel like home! Thanks to the great staff that are doing a great job! One thing that need improvement is to make sure to bring heater to the door bell that welcome everyone and standing outside in the freezing temperatures.. Hope it will fixed soon 🙏

I was upgraded to a “newly renovated room”, which was nice but with a couple of issues. There is a small TV in the bathroom that doesn’t work. There is only one power outlet on either side of the bed. The prices for the mini bar are ridiculous. I know that stuff is always expensive but this was extreme. Overall a very nice hotel right in the middle of everything.

Avoid this hotel. I had previously stayed in a very Steigenberger in Leipzig and thought this would be a similar but I was very wrong - Hotel was hosting a private function in the courtyard with very loud music playing until 10pm - could not sleep. This affected majority of the rooms facing the front - Room was nice enough but dated. Old dirty carpeting needs replacing - bathrooms are very nice but the towels have been downgraded to some that are the same quality as holiday inn - Had to leave early for airport at 630am. The hotel has virtually no staff there to help. Front desk does not answer phone. I had to retrieve my own car from the garage due to lack of staffing as the only person who could get car was also responsible for manning the front desk. This was shockingly low staff for a hotel of this size and reputation Overall this is a nice building and seems like it used to be a nicer hotel but is likely being ran under sever cost cutting measures. AVOID

A brilliant hotel. Rooms are quite traditional and extremely clean and neat. In the heart of Frankfurt, the location is just brilliant. Breakfast is top notch. U feel like a dignitary staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
