        My son and I drove in from Dortmund for shooing and stopped at our favorite hotel for a late lunch. They have a special, limited menu from 2pm - 6 pm due to limited staff, and our favorite dish (Wiener schnitzel) is not offered. We were devastated as this is our favorite restaurant for the best Wiener schnitzel! Our waiter, Fehdi, was amazing! He offered to go speak with the chef personally to see if they could help us! As is the case with great hotels and restaurants, they made an exception so that my son and I could have our favorite dish! In a time where customer service seems to have been lost, people like Fehdi and the kitchen staff renew your faith in the kindness of good people! Thank you guys with all my heart! Anyone looking for amazing service and fantastic food shouldn’t hesitate to come here! Great food, great people, amazing service! What more do you need!

        This hotel ruined the entire trip experience for me during this business trip! I had to wait for 1hr to get into my room although we arrived to the hotel before 11.00am, the female receptionists were so rude and not helpful at all to make sure I got into my room on time, and after all the wait I got room 124 which had a view of the AC generators and not as beautiful as the pictures seen. When I called the reception to change the room I got the worst attitude ever. Then at night I also found out that there is a problem with the AC and that it kept restarting every 1.30hrs with a loud beep sound and going back to a warmer temperature, when I tried calling the reception and explained to him the situation I was treated so badly as if I don’t understand how to operate the thermostat and he found it offensive to give me his name in case it happened again! Of course it happened again at 3.00am and at that time I called them again begging the other receptionist to change my room even if it was a downgrade just for me to be able to sleep! I went from a grand deluxe room to a superior room (not renovated) and could hardly sleep thanks to the dusty old carpets and smell of cigarettes in the old furniture and AC duct. The worst worst experience in my life that made hate DÜSSELDORF and not wanting to come back ever again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
