We stayed at Stella Di mare for 10 night so we feel we were able to experience the hotel quite well. All positive for us at a good price for Dubai. From cake and songs from the waiters on our sons birthday to returning our lost wallet we only have good words to say about the team. A big shout to Jocelyn at the restaurant and all the team cleaning the rooms. The buffet breakfast is great and we would recommend it. Even the dinner buffet is well worth the price. Unfortunately we were not able to try the spa and pool as we were very busy but it all looked lovely. They even have a play area for kids (my only criticism is it should be cleaned a bit more). Room sorted daily and water bottle and utilities added. All staff are great and eager to help. Very close to Marina. Metro is walking distance. Would I return ? Yes!

(I have edited this post after my original review). For a “5 star” hotel I had better expectations. Booked half board and the buffet is not great. There a smell outside the entrance of the hotel as there is construction going on which is just the current situation I guess. Arrived yesterday and will stay a few days but I would have reconsider staying here. There is a rooftop which I went to check and it’s not nice or something I would expect for a rooftop to be, couldn’t even stay for a quick drink. The location still not sure if it was a good idea, as I booked for traffic convenience. A bit disappointed.

Very good hotel, good location! The staff is making big efforts for everything on all levels and we very much appreciated this. Just the lack of manners of the majority of the guests was not pleasant at all. Congratulations to the management! We would come again

We arrived on a Friday night and were immediately given a complimentary upgrade to a massive suite. The room had a comfortable king bed, dramatic views of the Dubai Marina, and 2 bathrooms. All that for £143/night including all-yoi-can-eat breakfast buffet for 2. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance, and it's a short walk to the beach. Guests also receive a 39% discount at the Japanese restaurant located right next to the hotel. Overall, it was a massive value!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
