Myself and my boyfriend recently stayed 4 nights, and we can absolutely say this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We’re quite well travelled, and have stayed at many hotels in the past, and this is by far the most incredible experience, exceeding our experiences of even 5* hotels elsewhere. The staff are the kindest and most accommodating. They go out of their way to welcome you, make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We arrived early for our room, and the staff provided us with a welcome drink. They showed us a room upgrade which was fantastic, and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We are very grateful. Breakfast was incredible, great selection of food, the fresh fruit juices were fantastic. Highly recommend their truffle scrambled eggs and freddo cappuccino with fresh orange juice. The private hot tubs were perfect, with an incredible view over the caldera for sunsets. Rooms were modern, and had all toiletries we needed. We have already recommended this to all friends and family. They also do events such as weddings, so we will definitely be coming back to have our engagement and wedding here at this very special place. We cannot recommend this place more highly.

Amazing experience at this hotel. The service and all the staff are so nice and helpful. Mia at the hotel helped coordinate everything, showed us to our lovely upgraded room and was always available. This is probably also the most gorgeous spot along the cliff, with caldera views, a hot tub overlooking the cliff and right by blue domes, so you get the full view. The rooms are also well equipped, the bed is super comfy and decorated in a modern natural style..I would definitely recommend as this was everything we were looking for in a Santorini stay. We feel so relaxed, 10/10.

This was our second time staying at Stella Rocca a Mare in Santorini. We stayed for 3 nights in October. What a wonderful place to visit. What makes it even better is the staff at Stella Rocca. Mia, Christina, Costas, and Nikos are the best. They are so welcoming and accommodating. The room, service, food, views, and the location are perfect. Nothing better than waking up and enjoying that beautiful view during breakfast to start the day. Until we return again..........

We had a wonderful experience at Stella Rocca. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed our hot tub. The breakfasts and coffee were delicious. However, what stood out the most was the staff. They were amazingly accommodating and friendly, particularly Mia, the manager. I did not find this level of service anywhere else in our travels. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
