Excellent location. Everything you want to see is walkable including the coliseum. Great neighborhoods to walk through en route to the sights. The suite was perfect with plenty of room and updated decor. Bathroom was large and well lit with new furnishings. Large closet. Breakfast included egg dishes, vegetables and pastries with choice of coffee/espresso. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and well appointed suites. They are located just around the corner of the hotel we you need to check in. Staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is very good. Great location - 10 mins walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and 20 mins to the Colosseum. 2 min to the metro station. Not related to this hotel but don’t go to the restaurants directly across the road of the suites. Tourist traps who will play every scam for you to pay top dollar. Plus the food isn’t that great. Go 2-3 streets further for a good dinner.

Great hotel with nice and clean rooms. Perfectly located in downtown Rome with a metro station just a few minutes away. The Spanish Stairs are also only 10 minutes walk away. Be aware that they have a hotel and the luxury Suites and that the suites are located in another building just around the corner. Check-In is at the hotel reception. Breakfast was a little bit difficult. They have not enough tables for breakfast in the Hotel and people often have to wait for a table. the buffet also runs out of things and it takes a while till they replace the items. There is also the option to have breakfast in the 3rd floor of the Suites building. But you need to order all the items and the portions they bring are big. We much more preferred the buffet in the Hotel where we could try out the many great things they offer. Recommendation: please do also offer buffet at the suites. Overall we really liked our stay! Room, service and location were great.

I coincidentally stumbled upon this hotel, and it was the best place I have stayed in while in Rome. The rooms were great, the staff was amazingly helpful, friendly and very accommodating. In addition, the breakfast they provide is great. This place will definitely be my number one choice when in Rome.

Best hotel in Rome honestly, so clean and so close to trevi fountain and everything else and the staff are so wonderful and accommodating with all of your needs, highly highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
