        I highly recommend this place for a stay in Porto. The owner, Mara, has decorated all apartments with an excellent taste and is very attentive to guests’ needs. Moreover, the apartments’ location, Bonfim, is surely the best area to stay in Porto - close to everything, in a trendy neighbourhood, and by a nice park with an incredible view. There’s also a couple of supermarkets close by. The apartments facing the patio have an incredible view and sun all day + the pellets fireplace is super nice for Porto’s cold & rainy winter evenings.

        Except for the climbing impossible three storey beautiful real wooden stairs, place is nice and privacy is there for the sharing. Specifically having a 1.5 toilet bathroom was a clever set-up. Third floor is quite from the comings and goings of the other tenants. Quilt for the sofa-bed has no cover. Do they wash it every time after someone used it?? I asked for a quilt cover but owner didn't reply to my request. Therefore I assumed, should use without a cover. Other than Hugo had responded to massages well. When I left home before getting my confirmation, my communication was broken down (due to my phone connection). But with a nearby shopkeeper's help googled and contacted Hugo and he arrived quickly. But soon realised I wasn't the client that he thought was and bit unhappy that he didn't receive my response with my arrival details. So please don't leave home before responding to the email with your arrival details. In a way its all there to make comfortable for your stay. Cleaner should air the room while cleaning the place. Can open the windows to the siting room and the skylight in the bedroom. But near by renovation works and the dog's barking is your choice. Bedroom roofing is okay for 5.3feet. Towels and bedlinen are white and fresh. Bed is comfortable. Like downstairs mirrors which is full length. Stayed in 3T. Close to Sao Bento 15 minutes walk. No metro really close by. Knowing what my comfort is like yes I will stay again.

        The property is just like the photographs, very beautiful, perfectly clean and with all the amenities to have a pleasant stay without anything to worry about. The location is excellent, you are walking distance from any of the important points of the city. The host is EXCELLENT with all guests, always willing to give us information, recommend things and give us very good service. I definitely recommend, I would return, it has been one of the most complete, comfortable and excellently located places I have ever been, there is no better place to enjoy Porto!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
