        So shocked at the appalling service here. Four of us booked a spa package weeks in advance, but when we arrived it was as if the staff weren't expecting us. Everything was dirty including the pool where I found a clump of hair. After asking staff members again and again when our treatments would be, they finally said that they were understaffed, so we had to wait for hours after our original appointment. One of our group went first for a pedicure and came out 10 minutes later, horrified, because the 'nail therapist ' wasn't qualified and didn't know what she was doing. She even admitted that the spa had just hired her for the day and that she didn't have qualifications. On top of this, the paraffin dip was dirty and she said they don't change it for each customer. We were all so disappointed and when the spa manager promised a full refund we felt a little bit better despite having wasted an entire day and feeling so stressed instead of relaxed. BUT, we still have not received a cent from the considerable deposit amount despite contacting the spa more than 6 times via email, WhatsApp and even returning to speak to the manager who was mysteriously unavailable. Seriously, this is not just a bad spa. It is a horrific abuse of client's time and money.

        I enjoyed a beautiful spa day at the Stillness Spa with my two friends. I had a massage and felt absolutely at peace in the space. The technicians were friendly and professional, the facilities are very peaceful and clean. I enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and a couple minutes in the sauna and then sat in the sun, by the outdoor pool, looking at the beautiful garden and mountain behind the hotel. It was the exact day I needed and am already planning my next appointment. I almost don’t want to review it because I want to keep it all t myself :) I would also just add that if you would like a drink or food by the pool, order it at the reception of the spa when you arrive. I had a chicken may toastie and chips and they were good. I think the normal kind of fare you would have at a hotel. I would also just suggest to ask at reception about the operating hours for the day so you know when you should leave by 🤣

        Terrible experience with Spa that was booked for a group birthday experience. They first lost our booking and then tried to make up for it by squeezing us in. Whilst that was appreciated, communication and expectation management was poor. We didn’t know what was happening, if we could use facilities, what time were the treatments, how lunch would be served etc. The manager was helpful when we constantly asked but the general staff could not answer questions, barely spoke English (trying not to sound like a Karen, here but it’s hard to work in hospitality without being able to speak English surely?) — and struggled to smile. Facilities were also not up to scratch for this level of spa. No soap in bathroom. Steam room wasn’t working. No light in the toilet. No basket for used towels and gowns. And many areas of the building needed damp damage fixing and paint. Treatments were average and little things pulled away from the treatment experience like shower temperatures not being easily controlled, having to ask for disposable panties for the scrub and therapists opening and closing the door many times during the treatment. Overall, would not recommend unless major changes were made.

        This was the most beautiful place in Cape Town i have seen. Was a wonderful experience and i just loved the daek red Merlot glass of wine and the most delicious cheesecake ever. This place really impressed me i will definitely give it a 5*

        We went to the spa for pedicures. For paying about double what one would pay in a regular salon, there was nothing added to the experience that justified this. They took place in a small nondescript room, the change facilities were needing repair (bathroom tap not working, toilet light not working). No refreshments on offer in the spa either- we had to make a special plan for afterwards. The staff were lovely, the location beautiful, but would not recommend the effort of going there until they upgrade the facilities & rethink their treatment setup. It’s such a beautiful location, why not do the treatments on the spa terrace in the garden with a view. Etc

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
