First time staying here, 3 nights. The good things- The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Towels were nice; clean and white. Not so good? The AC was needed, even at night with the window open and outside temps 60’s- 70’s. And it’s loud. Trying to be work comfortably, was difficult. The desk chair was HARD, and there’s no lighting at the desk. There’s one lamp in the room, and the front desk could not provide any other lighting because every room in the place was booked. There are two elevators, and a safety inspection is two years overdue. If you can live with the limitations, the price is right and the area feels safe for walking.

The stillwell hotel looks haunted. But it is surprisingly quiet, and my room was very clean. The clenliness of the room matters far more than the upkeep of a massive, old, formerly grand venue that is open but vastly underused. Downtown. you should stay here. if i had stayed longer, they would have given me a room with a working shower head, i am sure. i would go back. the staff was nice. the bar looked really cool, although i did not take advantage of last call at 2am. i bet it would be better maintained overall if more people stayed there, but they do clean the guests' rooms very well and the a/c worked well and my room was comfortable. it had a working flatscreen tv. it had two beds, one of which was small and cute. the community should back whoever bought this relic. they it's a fixer-upper. i'm a paranormal investigator, and the stillwell hotel hotel undoubtedly is haunted. but the ghosts are polite enough that you will get a good night's sleep.

This place kind of sucks. The bed was broken in our room, the room smelled of smoke. When we got back to the hotel after a night out there was a sign on the front door saying 'out to lunch' at 3am. We had to get another hotel room somewhere else to sleep the night. No way to get into our room, no one answered the doorbell, no one answered the phone when we called.

I dont know if I can give an honest to goodness Review with out any biases . I checked in here on July 15 at this hotel . Located in the heart of La close to everything. My night in this hotel was horrible because of the dust mites that comes out when the lights off….i didn’t sleep that night , the dust mites was all over me. Y

Just to let the world know there is no parking despite what some hotel sites say. Rooms and bathrooms are small but at least it's clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
