Amazing location, nice clean room. However, it’s more of an “apartment” than a hotel. So no room service, no reception, no breakfast. You have to call them when you arrive (they took about 15 minutes to shut there). Also no parking. There is a parking lot right next to it but I think it was pretty pricey. We got lucky and found street parking nearby. If you like to sleep with two pillows, I’d recommend asking for the ahead of time because the rooms only come with one per person. Overall, it was a nice place, just those few things to consider.

Lovely place, our room was stunning. Love the decor and everything felt very luxury. Toma was there to check us in and was very helpful and accommodating. Place is not staffed but they are only a text message away. The best thing is, everything is within a walking distance from this room, namely the town and the harbour. We had an amazing comforting and convenient stay, thoroughly recommended

We had a lovely stay with rooms as described. Its modern, clean, neat with a heritage feeling. The hotel is very well located within a 2min walk to the old town centre and surrounded with lovely restaurants and transport links. Highly recommended place to stay. Beautiful, small rooms and great location in historic Split town. More like an Airbnb than a hotel in terms of service. No reception, no daily cleaning, limited hot water, and hard to get anything (I wanted an extra pillow and it was not possible to get one). Confusing check-in process over the phone. Good value in comparison to other places in this location, but they can make improvements to be even better.

Great place to stay, with short walking distance to town centre. Rooms was clean and had all the facilities that we needed. The host was able to accommodate a late check-in for us too. Only inconvenience for me as a smoker was the lack of a smoking area or ashtrays outside the building.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
