We are here at the moment. Our first holiday without the children in 15 years! Lovely quiet hotel. Rooms are clean but small and with a separate shower and toilet so nowhere to get changed except the bedroom. Great air conditioning though. Food is really good. Breakfast had a great selection and pool bar food was delicious. Staff are all lovely, polite and helpful. Pools are great but there's not enough loungers so everyone puts towels on them, even if not going to be there for hours. We did manage to get a lounger at the back quiet pool most days though. No construction noise that we were warned about but it's very close to the airport so you do see and hear the planes but not a problem for us. Ideally located near the shops and restaurants. We hired a car for a couple of days and travelled all round the island. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Hotel was excellent. Immaculately clean ! Rooms very modern. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Location was fabulous. Great that you can use the facilities of their sister hotels. Niggle … not enough coat hangers and storage space. Big niggle ! The hotel could make better use of the grounds to provide more sun loungers. Far to few for the number of guests!!

We had a really nice time in this hotel, perfectly located in Kamari, great staff, delicious and seasonal food, very private & quiet rooms, nice shower! Ideal for honeymooners like us. 😆 Also big, big thanks to the pool bar lady, who made perfect daily frappes for me. We discovered we have common heritage from Bulgaria and Greece. ευχαριστώ! This hotel was close to all amenities. The rooms were lovely and clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast had very good choices and the pool and bat area was really nice.

The best ice coffee I ever had in Greece! They have their own coffee grinder and the quality is the best. The service is excellent. Polite , professional and with experience in service. Very quick serce even under pressure. I definitely suggest them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
