I like this store because they have great selection of sneakers that are sold out everywhere else. The system is kinda silly but understandable since the store is in the busiest area of London city center. You ask for shoes and one of the staff scan it and send information to the storage. After 10/15 minutes you get your size to try but staff doesn’t really communicate about the waiting time so you just standing there not knowing if the shoes are coming or not. 😀 They need to hire more people there, that’s for sure.

This sports/athletics store is huge and could be your one-stop shop for almost any trainiler and sports fashion gear. I was surprised to see the variety of brands available. Prices seemed decent too, and a nice variety of sale items. I didn't buy anything, though, so I can't rate their service levels.

Nice atmosphere but don't expect customer service at the check out. Item purchased (£55 worth) was removed from hanger and just shoved into the bag. Another assistant asked what we were doing, we said repacking the item as her colleague couldn't be bothered.

I recently had the opportunity to visit JD Sports in London and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. They were all very friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate. I was impressed by the wide selection of sportswear and equipment available. There were options for all types of sports and activities, from running to football to yoga. The products were of high quality and from popular brands, and there were also some exclusive items that I couldn't find in other stores. What stood out the most for me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and were able to provide helpful recommendations based on my needs. They also went above and beyond to assist me in finding my size, and even checked their stock in the back when they didn't have my size on the shelves. This level of service really made a difference and showed that they truly care about their customers. Another highlight of my visit was the checkout process. The staff members at the checkout were efficient and friendly, making the process quick and hassle-free. They also offered me a loyalty card and explained the benefits of being a member, which I found to be a great addition to my shopping experience. Overall, I had a fantastic time at JD Sports in London. The store itself was impressive, the products were of great quality, and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for sportswear and equipment. Whether you are a professional athlete or just someone looking for comfortable and stylish workout gear, JD Sports has something for everyone.

I’ve been a long time fan of JD sports and it’s my go to place for getting new sneakers. However, after buying a pair of Nike Air Force in April 2023 and wearing it for barely 6 months, there were holes in both heels. They were sent in for a factory check and the claim was dismissed as a fair wear and tear. This is simply unacceptable for a shoe as expensive and supposedly high-quality as the Nike Air Force - good shoes don’t get holes in their heels from fair wear and tear. It is very disappointing. I do want to recognise the staff for being absolutely lovely and helpful though, which I am grateful for!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
