A compact self catering flat right in the centre of things just inside the silver gate of Diocletian's palace. 3 minutes walk to the Riva (promenade), bus station and ferry port. The flat has a hob, fridge, double bed, shower & WiFi. Great value for the money. Perfect for a couple on a budget.

If you're looking for a central base that's not expensive, then this is it. It's clean, the bed and pillow was comfortable. The kitchen is adaquetly stocked with pots and Delph, etc. There's a hair dryer, no iron. Ample supply of towels and tea towels. Shower was hot with good pressure. It is on street level. There is foot traffic with a lot of people passing some not realizing that people still live and stay here. We stayed in Sept/Oct and it was fine. I'm a light sleeper and found it best not to go to bed too early, too let the night crowd desperse as they can be noisy. I'm sure it's very noisy during the Summer. Perfect for night owls in the summer. If you need total darkness to sleep, bring an eye mask. The hosts were brilliant. Leila and Josip.

The location is great, inside the Diocletian palace; it's a studio apartment perfect for a couple or 2 friends. Everything was very clean, Lana, the host, is great, kind and helpful, everything is perfect. The only thing is that the street outside is a bit loud as it's in the city center.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
