I recently had the pleasure of staying at Studio M, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. They are not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Every request was met with a warm smile and a prompt response. Whether it was the front desk team, the housekeeping staff, or the restaurant servers, the level of service was consistently outstanding. Ruwinder and Joseph are the sweetest guys in the team. They ensured the stay was warm and comfortable and went the extra mile.

The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and room service is truly commendable. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable.

I have to say that my experience was somewhat disappointing. While the pictures online made it look like a luxurious option, it turned out to be more of an average budget hotel. The first impression upon entering the lobby was not great. It felt stuffy and small, lacking the welcoming atmosphere I expected. What disappointed me even more was the fact that many amenities that I anticipated having in my room were missing. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were noticeable cleanliness issues that made me question the upkeep of the hotel. One significant problem was the bathroom. The toilet and shower area seemed to be poorly designed, as water consistently flooded the floor. What's worse, the water flowed in the opposite direction of the floor trap, which struck me as a major construction flaw. Thankfully, my stay was only for one night. On the positive side, the hotel's location is indeed excellent, being very close to the Mall of the Emirates. However, for anyone considering a stay here, I would recommend managing your expectations and being prepared for a more budget-oriented experience.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was a decent stay overall, no complaints. The cleanliness and service were the best features. The staff is responsive, agreeable and helpful. PROS: 1. Location: Walking distance from Mall of Emirates and many eateries 2. Cleanliness 3. Service 4. All basic amenities available CONS: 1. Room Size: The rooms and washrooms are a bit smaller. For longer stays, it can become an issue 2. Breakfast Options: The breakfast is decent specially considering the room rent. The only issue is that they serve the exact same breakfast daily. Mostly, hotels like this one, include small variations in the breakfast menu each day, but here I got the exact same breakfast spread everyday. For longer stays, it becomes boring.
