        I'm so in love with this hotel. Everything is perfect, not so luxurious, but they have everything you'll need, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The view from the room was awesome. This is one of the things I loved the most. The room was always clean and well-maintained.

        I spent 8 days in this Hotel and ended up extending my stay for a few more nights as I really enjoyed it there. Location is central, walking distance from Clarke Quay and Chinatown, staff is friendly and plenty of restaurants nearby in beautiful Rivervalley! The ammenities are Great: There is a pool, a Gym and the breakfast in the morning is Fantastic. The rooms are big and spacious, I had a duplex studio like room. It is overall a great establishment, and would highly recommend it. I had a great stay and didn't want to leave. I think the comments about this hotel are pretty harsh, and yet I have very high standards!

        Arrive after the check-in time, at 330 p.m. Terrible check-in service (not the staff's fault) requires every guest to wait in line for at least 20 to 30 minutes (are we getting bubble tea or what?) I acknowledge that there are a lot of guests, but the service may be improved by providing line numbers and allowing customers to take a seat while they wait. I didn't reserve a hotel so that I could torture myself by waiting in line and waste time. When it's finally my turn, I'm informed that there are some unforeseen circumstances that may require me to wait for up to an additional hour. I was furious because, as a result of the weather, I was feeling unwell after waiting in line for 20 minutes. The lady is nice and as compensation she gave me a bottle of wine, welcome drinks, and a late check-out. Additionally, since I mentioned being unwell, she expedited the room's preparation for me. I was given free upgrade to the premium room. Unfortunately, the room I was given had a leaky air conditioner, so I was moved to another room. The bed is harder than in some of the other 3-4-star hotels I've been to. The strawberry decorations are reportedly part of an advertisement cooperation, but I didn't find them particularly appealing. The room appears cheap as a result. Suggest the hotel to leave those outside the room. Overall, hotel is quite disappointing but staffs are pleasant and trying their best to compensate for the lacking of the hotel management.

        Love everything about their loft. Booked the place upon recommendation from a friend and didn’t regret it. Will consider staying here again in my next visit. The nearest MRT station is about 700 m of walking. Bus stop is closer. And of course you can opt for grab too.

        I stayed in the middle of October for 3 days and 2 nights The room cleaning was probably the least liked aspect of our stay. The soap bottles, toilet paper and even tissue paper were not replenished during room cleaning. In fact, the room we got didn't have any soap in the soap bottle when we came in! There were no spare toilet rolls in the room either, which just made our stay inconvenient. We were told we had to wait till the room cleaning team returned the next morning before we could get the amenities we needed. While this is no fault of the staff, it would have been a non-issue if there were spare rolls in the room. The phone line in the room doesn't have an accessible menu for us to reach the front desk. The gym facilities and equipment were under maintained and were rusting. But overall usable if you don't mind the lack of air conditioning. No comment for the pool though. The service from the counter staff has been very pleasant, in fact probably the most positive and memorable aspect of our stay. While our stay was uneventful, after a whole day out, I would have minimally expected to use the toilet without worry. Can't exactly enjoy a holiday if I don't have toilet paper or hand soap to use after returning to my room. This single (albeit minor) negative experience has warranted this review to be somewhat negative.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
