If you're visiting London the location of this place is perfect. It took about 8 minutes to walk from King's Cross Station and was greeted by a friendly member of the reception team on arrival. Check-in was super-quick and easy and the room, although compact, was well-planned and had everything you need for your stay and more. Cost was extremely reasonable and will definitely stay again.

Absolutely brilliant. Location is excellent for tube or train, bars and food. Check in, get a fob for entry to your building and room key for your studio. 100% hassle free. Have stopped in some less than perfect accommodation in London, but this in on the saved list. Price is exceptional for location. Clean, warm, comfy. Lots of storage... free wifi Well done Studios2Lwt

The rooms are tiny-tiny but have all facilities you can ask for for a short stay. The staff is brilliant. Note that there's a lot of stiff stairs (in case you have heavy luggage) and that there's no blinders at the windows. Location is perfect. Price is high, but that's London (we found nothing cheaper on our dates).

Would definitely consider staying here again! Solo, mid-20s traveller. Pros: -Comfortable enough for me -Enough room for me as a solo traveller but would also be fine for another person. -AC worked in my room -Kitchen facilities -Location was EXCELLENT. Close to a few supermarkets, public transport, eateries. I felt safe walking around -Minimal noise. My room faced the tennis courts so I heard that and could hear doors from people coming in/out of their rooms next to mine, but was overall fine. -Courtyard access -Laundry facilities Cons: -My safe was locked so couldnt use and had to buy an adapter for my tv (I didn't complain about this though) -Rooms have a kitchen but no trays/microwave safe bowls are provided. I wasn't going to buy these items when I was travelling back to Australia in a week. -No lift access. Didnt bother me walking up the stairs though. -The description of the rubbish disposal wasnt clear to me but that wasnt really an issue.

Okay one room apartment with both fridge and freezer, which was perfect. Walking distance to subway stations. Grocery stores nearby. For the price we payed it was okay value for the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
