Got highlights and hair cut done. Hair cut done by Rajinder , love it exactly how i was expecting Hair color- it was a mess, i had virgin hair and had no clue what i was getting into, I expected them to give me little walk through about, application, price but nothing. Nevertheless i went ahead through and i had 5 people touching my head taking turns (only for crown highlights) , all seem to be more interested in gossiping with each other , Advice- client can hear you guys and its so unprofessional to talk about your work mates in front of them .

I went for the haircut and had an appointment with Arjun that was booked in advance. But when I reached there they refused to cut my hair and told me that Arjun is not feeling well. I understand that but they should have let me know over the call as well before the appointment because it was really inconvenient and unprofessional here with zero work ethics. I would not recommend going here.

The only reason Am giving 3 stars,is for the boy who did my hair cut otherwise to the salon owner i wish I could give you Zero because they gives you a different price on the call bit when you’re done with services they will charge you a different price. I went to this location because i was given a reasonable price on the call but after when i got my haircut done they charged me extra saying you took cut wash and style for the hair cut but the price was told on the call was for same service. My only advise is please don’t commit a price on the call of you can’t give the service in the same price at your location. But the boy who did my hair cut did a nice job. Rest never coming back to this location, i used to go to the kennedy location but now am not going to any of the locations.

If I could, I would have given zero stars. Had a worst experience ever. First, didn’t get what I ask for. Secondly, the lady who was providing services didn’t even bother to use heat protector before blow drying. Adding to it, she actually don’t even know how to blow dry properly. Moreover, if I told her so she keeps on saying it looks like not done properly but its done. And if asked the owner, she started arguing. Literally have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
