I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experience. While it did have a few positives, the negatives significantly outweighed them. 1. Good Location: One positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It's conveniently situated in a prime area with easy access to many attractions and restaurants. However, this alone does not make up for the other shortcomings. 2. Terrible Soundproofing: The soundproofing in this hotel is atrocious. I could hear every single step that people took in the hallway outside my room, not to mention every conversation and door slam. It made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. 3. Shower Head and Heater Issues: The shower head in my room was clearly in need of replacement. It sprayed water in all directions, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower. Additionally, the water heater never got hot enough, which was a real disappointment on chilly mornings. 4. Cramped Room: The room I stayed in was incredibly small. It was not even large enough to comfortably open my luggage. 5. Poor Air Conditioning Maintenance: The air conditioning unit in my room had a noticeable layer of thick dust, which was not only unhygienic but also impacted air quality. It made me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the hotel. In summary, while the hotel's location is its saving grace, the issues with soundproofing, shower, room size, and cleanliness of the air conditioning system made for a disappointing stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the overall guest experience.

I was assigned room on level 2, when I ask hotel, they told me its fully booked... BUT... I Notice NOT A Single Guests During My Stay There... The room given was direclty facing main road & its so hard to rest due to the noisy traffic right infront of hotel... I seriously don't understand why they refused to offer me a higher floor or non road facing room when the hotel is empty.... Anyway my first & last time here because there are many other Cheaper & Nicer Options I noticed during my walk around....

Right at one end of Jonker Night Market. Super simple and sufficient amenities. Clean floor. Bed was comfortable. Helpful staff service, high tech entrance - need hotel card to enter. Nearest money changer about 4 min walk away. No car park. Have to park at open car park or along the streets. Mon Tue free parking. Other days, 9am to 5pm need to pay for parking. Perfect location to visit tourist spot at Malacca.

If you do not mind sleeping in a room with many little flying bugs from the bathroom, loud music from the streets drifting in through the tiny window facing the H&M until midnight and self-collecting towels and toilet rolls from the front desk, you may enjoy your stay here. Otherwise, the hotel IS in a great location, close to all the cafes and restaurants at Jonker Street and great photo spots for tourists. However, try and avoid visiting during long weekends and major holidays - or you will have to stand in line for an hour to eat at ANY place, even though your hotel is right above all the nicest cafes and eateries at Jonker street.

Great location. Right at Jonker St with the weekend pasar malam few steps away. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Staff very friendly. But the aircon at room 102 is not working well and not cold. The aircond at room 105 has very loud noise but thankfully it's cold. Hope can repair the aircons then I can come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
