        We stayed early November . Second floor ,so since there wasn’t a lift ,it was easy enough . Clean apartment apart from the carpet . It needs either a really deep cleaning or even better a change . Apart from that, the apartments are located in a great quite place ,just half an hour walk ,from Big Ben ,Trafalgar Square etc …

        There were a few key issues with this apartment and company, so I wouldn't recommend it. First of all, I received about 5 or 6 auto generated emails demanding to know precisely when we'd be checking in so someone could physically meet us. Why? Every airbnb or apartment like this i've ever used has drop boxes and self check in, or better yet digital key access. I was looking for flexibility and wasn't going to know my precise arrival until the day - when I was abruptly whatsapped by someone at the company (who knows who - it was all impersonal and quite rude) I pointed out that self check in would be preferable - and they sent me self check in instructions for a lock box that were available all along -- so why default to hassling me? Second, check out is very clearly 11am. At 10.40am someone tried to get into the room, and then again at 10.50. We left at 10.58 - there was literally no need to try to get into the room whilst we were dressing and preparing to leave. Finally, the staircase is FILTHY and the apartment itself is okay, but the photos are very forgiving.

        Nice enough apartments because I've stayed here twice, but the stairs aren't the nicest if you're staying on the top floor.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
