Excellent choice. The area is very close walking to the grand bazaar and blue mosque, with many shops and restaurants around. Perfect for resting, friendly staff if you have any doubt. I also used the microwaves a couple of times. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.

We stayed here for a couple of days, but the overall experience was disappointing. At first, we got a large room with an excellent presentation in the pictures, but in reality, there was no view to anything and there was so much noise that we weren't able to sleep. The cleaning is lacking a lot of problems, and the smell in the bathroom seems like mold build in the vents for years. Would not recommend

Helpful and smiling staff, always at hand to help. The hotel has a great location and wherever you go you can be in record time. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bathroom is clean and tidy. I hope to return again.

The room is very comfy and clean, it has a homey feel to it. The view was also amazing, waking up to the seagulls sounds was a cherry on top. It's close to lots of important public transport stations, it was easy for me and my friend to go to almost anywhere without much hassle. The management are very kind and helpful, they helped me with my (very) heavy bags, upgraded us to a room with a better view of the city, and always helped with directions whenever we were going out to a new place to explore. My phone broke down one afternoon and I was panicking, but the kind sir in the management helped me and told a friend of his in a nearby electronic shop about my situation and everything was okay. If I ever come to to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel is newly made and is very clean and tidy. I booked the dorms for 2 days. Although the toilet was shared but it was big enough and was clean. The hotel has a kitchen which we can use for our own DIY foods. The hotel is located in the middle of the market due to which every point was at a walking distance. Only concern is taxis are difficult to reach to the hotel since it was is very narrow and is pedestrian friendly. The host is also very friendly. He gave us good recommendations and helped us with Transport card.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
