        Couldn’t give this place higher praise. The staff were absolutely incredible. Each and every staff member was so professional, friendly and accommodating. We traveled with our 3 month old and they had a crib ready for us. When she started fussing at dinner, the h reassured us and sent the dinner up to our room so we could put her down for a nap and not disturb the other diners. When they brought up the dinner they brought along a wee teddy bear for our girl. From check-in through to check-out we felt so welcomed. Room was very clean and modern. Food was phenomenal. Really looking forward to coming back! Special shout out to Jamie for being amazing. Well done to all the staff, you made our Christmas vacation one to remember. Thank you!

        As a Tour Guide, this hotel has the best service, staff of ANY hotel in NZ. Luv staying there. Staff friendly, supportive, and helpful. Front line team is awesome. My most preferred hotel of anywhere in NZ. I do 24 day tours through NZ for the British. G

        A hotel of two-halves. The hotel itself is clean, new & beautifully appointed with wide corridors and spacious rooms - plus a good welcome & check-in process. We had a great sea view and large waterfront balcony. Perfect so far. But it all goes wrong when you walk into the bar and restaurant. “Hiku” promises great things on the website but fails to deliver. Firstly, some staff are great but others obviously lack basic service training or etiquette. Secondly, the place seems setup for large tour groups which are unlikely to return. It’s a brightly lit, sterile environment without any concessions to ambience like table cloths or mood lighting. Couples looking for an intimate dinner beware. Even worse the food is expensive but average at best. If you’ve arrived after enjoying a great dinner the night before in Wellington or Auckland, then you’ll probably be disappointed. In summary, I’d stay at the hotel again but avoid the bar & restaurant and eat out.

        The bed, linen and pillows were super comfortable. Perfect after a day of driving. The pool was small but the kids had fun. The staff were super friendly. We had issues with the wifi in our room, but it got fixed later in the day.

        We got a corner room facing the water. Best room in the house I reckon. Friendly staff didn't have our room ready so we got drinks vouchers and directed to the bar for a very short wait. It was a wet day so a great way to keep us happy. Would stay again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
