Booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the Jett bus terminal as well as being at a reasonable price. The hosts are very hospitable and accommodating to your needs. They even let me keep my bag of clothes in storage whilst I was away to Petra for a night. Excellent communications throughout via WhatsApp by Akram (the hotel manager who sits behind a "veil" as you will be communicating with this one person without ever seeing him at the hotel). I was pondering at the time of booking either to book near the Abdali bus station or in the town center, however the choice to be made will be if you want to be on a quoter street or in the noisy town center, I chose the former, and if you are an able walker then the town center is a 2km walk from the place.

God willing, may God bless you, the second night in a row after the guest workers left and departed from the Al Sofara Hotel Apartments, the hotel was quiet and you truly felt that the hotel was four stars and not three stars in truth and truth. Calm and tranquility prevailed in the hotel and the smell of the shisha (hookah) disappeared from the corridors. And the rooms came instead with the smells of pepper and jasmine that wafted through the hotel’s corridors and rooms, and the internet service also became of high quality. All thanks to Brother Saeed Al-Masry, who is distinguished by his high morals and cheerful spirit. He is the first person in charge of the hotel and who is always keen on the comfort of the hotel’s guests and meeting all their requests, as well as to the brother. Akram Souissi, the hotel manager, for their response by not accepting anyone who does not respect the hotel’s rules and regulations. We hope that the situation will continue as it is and that the hotel guests will be chosen with great care so that a few guests will not disturb the comfort of the majority of the guests in the hotel. Continue this excellence, may God grant you success and direct your steps.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
