Excellent place to stay if you want to be close to Kata surf Beach. Beach is 100 meters down the road. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good pool. Great breakfast . Staff are lovely Nuttira on the front desk always had a smile and was very helpful.

The room is big and spacious though it looks a bit old. The curtain has some stain on it, the view of my room is overlooking other person's house which is not so good but the location of the hotel is near to the beach. There is a shortcut to the beach. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and everyone has smile on their face all the time

I would like to start with the very lovely & professional staff & front desk ladies : prim & ked , Big thanks for the energy & professionalism. The room is clean, the design is beautiful & comfortable.. location is very nice on a little hill & its close to the beach & all restaurants & bars. Will always come back for u sugar marina

We loved our stay. The service was nice but not too overwhelming. The staff who cleaned the room did the room’s makeup very well and fast. They did a good job in making their guests feel comfortable. I guess that’s the reason we loved this place too. The fitness center opened from 8am-8pm. We didn’t try the breakfast package but we ordered some food during our dinner time and it was such a delicious treat and nutritious one.

Awesome place to stay, 2 minutes away from the beach and absolutely has everything you need. Very helpful staff, especially Prim and her amazing hospitality team. Second time staying here and never fail to disappoint. Highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
